PAYMENT POLICY

  • Payment method: depending on the terms of the contract agreement, customers can pay us by cash or bank transfer.

SHIPPING POLICY

FOR AGENTS, DISTRIBUTORS, PARTNERS

  • Order confirmation: within 12 working hours of receiving the order.

  • Confirmation via email or phone to confirm your order.

  • Magisea's working hours: from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., from Monday to Friday & from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Saturday.

  • Delivery time: within 24 working hours from when you confirm the order.

  • Magisea will contact you to confirm the delivery time before proceeding with delivery.

RETURN POLICY

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS DUE TO MAGISEA

Magisea takes 100% responsibility and offers free returns when the product is defective in the following cases:

  • Incorrect specifications, colors, designs, and quantities ordered.

  • Goods damaged during transportation are transported by Magisea.

Time to exchange goods: Within 48 working hours (Time to exchange goods during business hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays, holidays and New Year).

Partners please check carefully immediately upon receiving the goods and immediately notify the delivery staff for immediate confirmation and proceed  We will recall defective goods and exchange products for partners as soon as possible

Location for exchange: At the purchasing partner's address.

BUYER REQUESTS EXCHANGE

The partner wishes to exchange the product but the product is not defective. Magisea only accepts exchanges if the partner meets the following conditions:

  • The goods must be intact, the packaging must not be torn, patched or cracked;

  • Goods must match the specifications, designs, and colors in the order;

  • Goods must still have warranty stamps intact (if any).

Exchange time: Within 07 working days from the date of delivery (Exchange time is during office hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays, holidays and Tet).

After receiving the exchange information, we will check and notify the partner. In case the product you want to exchange is out of stock, we will notify the partner to choose another item to replace. The difference will be deducted immediately upon exchange.

REFUNDS

We only accept refunds when the product falls into case 1 "Defective product due to Magisea"

  • In case the item the partner wants to exchange is out of stock, Magisea will notify the partner to choose another item to replace it. If the partner cannot choose a replacement item, we will refund the money within time. 48 working hours. (Refund time is during business hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays).

  • Refund amount = (quantity paid x price excluding VAT) - discount (if any)

  • Refund form: in cash or by bank transfer, time to receive refund by bank transfer will depend on the working regulations of each bank.
